To maintain the longevity of your lashes extensions, we kindly request that you refrain from exposing them to water for a minimum of 24 hours. The lash glue needs this time to completely solidify, so it is crucial to avoid steam, and contact with water during this period. When removing makeup, or using any facial products near the eyes, or applying makeup remover, please ensure that they are oil-free. It is essential to handle your lashes with care and avoid activities such as picking, pulling, or sleeping on them. Lastly, we strongly discourage the use of mascara as it contains oil and eyelash curlers. For optimal maintenance, we recommend utilizing an eyelash extension facial lash cleanser specifically designed for this purpose.

For the longevity of your lashes, and remove outgrown loose extensions and refill with new lash extensions it is recommended to have a fill every 2-3 weeks. We suggest scheduling a fill appointment when approximately half of your lash extensions have naturally shed. If less than 40% of the extensions remain, opting for a full set is advised to achieve the best possible outcome.
